[There is no explanation for the scribbling. No signature, no definitive writing style or indication to who it could be. The screen has been blocked by something, the name - no where to be seen.

It's obvious someone is disguising their handwriting. But who? And why?

One thing's for sure. They're not in their right mind.]

bored

you lot are no help either

Sheep. All of you. No one dares question, fight or kick and scream. Like Schrödinger's cat. Dead and alive people. Dead and alive.

Just laying down and dying. Nobody clawing their way out of the box.

Bad kittens.

Don't worry. I'll help.

Someone has to teach you to live again. All of you, grown so comfortable in limbo. Disgusting.

Time to wake up.

Any cats that will claw and bite?

Any that already have?

Or are there any other Schrödingers here? The ones with all the questions and all the answers?

[Out of all the things he expected to see upon looking into the journals today, this wasn't one of them. It's almost, almost like something Hao would say, the general idea at least, but the words definitively aren't his. Just as they aren't completely Yoh's own words even if they reflect in glimpses his own thoughts, specially thoughts he once had and threw away. Maybe that's why he doesn't need to wonder what this person is talking about or what he means. He doesn't need to wonder about how to reason with this person, he knows already that it's not an easy feat, the change has to come from the inside, not the outside. He can try, of course, but he knows the result already, just as he is starting to suspect which will be the end of the Shaman Fight.

Without names this can't be made private, but it doesn't matter. Yoh blocks his own camera before he starts to write. His handwriting is disguised easily, even without having a spirit possessing him, his own body still remembers certain things, like a different handwriting for example.]

Humans are creatures that go against nature laws. They hate change, unless they are the ones to produce it and control it. When faced with the unknown they just care about destroying it rather than about discover something new. Everyone watches the same things, get moved by the same things, think the same things, and they like it that way because it means there's no need to think, to make any effort, they just like to be herded. It's in the core of their nature.

They don't mean harm or bad, but they can't act against their nature. It's not fair to blame them for it. I don't think your game is one anyone will like, but I'm sure everyone here won't be bored playing it with you.

[Where "playing with you" means "going against you" for many reasons. First, because the way he talks doesn't inspire anything good in the future. Second, because he aims for change and just by their very nature, most of the people here, humans, will go against it. Even if Yoh's wrong and is just reading too much or letting his own thoughts guide him to what this person means and they just mean good, he doubts the people here will like it. One thing is clear, Lupin said that things didn't seem to change much here, but it seems that Yoh has arrived at a time in which that pattern will end.]

[Not all humans are so. Not all of them are beings that have no worth in living, simply because they give themselves no worth. Humans can change, some of them can open themselves and, as this person said, crawl out of the box by themselves. Manta did, so did Ryu. Maybe they all were just crawling out of a small box to discover that that box was inside of yet another box, larger and harder to get out of. But they were trying, starting with themselves. It wasn't much, it wasn't enough, but it was more of what most people could say about themselves.]

Don't blame them for that. At the end of it, being here or being in their home worlds is the same for them, the difference is that here they can blame the Malnosso for herding them and feel better with themselves. They don't have to realize how ordinary they all are, how much they kill themselves and make their lives worthless. If they ever realize it they can just say "I can't do anything about it, it's their fault" and keep going on. But that's not different from what they do at their worlds. Actually it's pretty much the same. Even if you broke the barrier and the Malnosso vanished, many people here would remain as they are now, because if there's no shepherd they will just herd themselves like they do at their worlds.

That's not worth to hate. Don't waste your energy in hating something like that.

[He doesn't say "don't do whatever you're thinking" or anything like that. There's no point to it. So far this person has just made a disturbing message and though it doesn't bode well but at no point did they really say something bad or threat with anything bad. For all they know they could be just planning a huge display of fireworks.

Yoh doubts that, but worrying and accusing beforehand is pointless. And this person is right in many things they have said anyway. He can agree with them and still be against their ideas if they turn out to be bad. Just like he can agree with Hao but be against killing all humans. Just like he can agree with Marco and Jeanne and be against them killing people in the name of "justice".]

I don't think I'm that clever. I just state the obvious, I'm probably very stupid because of that.

["I think I'll let you play my game too". Is that a threat? Is that actually the way this person compliments others? It doesn't really matter. Yoh takes a moment before he writes the last part, he wonders if talking with Hao would feel like this. He has always wanted a chance to be able to talk face to face and peacefully with the other, he figures the conversation would probably go similarly. Except that Hao can read minds, but that doesn't matter either. Yoh is used to that and it won't change the way he is.]

I like peaceful and lazy days. But I don't like a world without future like this. If you want to, I will play too.

[But he may not play in this person's team. However that goes unsaid once more, it doesn't matter either way.]

I didn't say I was smart either. I will leave the decision regarding if I'm fun to watch or not to yourself.

[Really, ask Manta. A guy who can spend over 3 hours staring at the landscape isn't very interesting, right? At least on the outside.]

I'm sure we will.

[This person doesn't strike as the type that would make such a message and never do anything. But he doesn't strike as the type to act quickly either. They will make themselves heard again some day.]
